Hot on the heels of my blog showing the colors which are exploding in my back yard, I received my tickets for the much-anticipated 2018 House and Garden Tour organized by the Westhampton Garden Club.
That’s Westhampton, as in the Hamptons, Long Island. And, the gardens (and pools, below) belong to my much richer neighbors. Please let me know which garden you’d like to relax in. I will NOT be able to arrange a visit to your favorite anytime soon, but I’ll know if your taste is anything like mine.

Looking out across the bay to the beach in Quogue

Hydrangeas explode along the side of the house

An organic garden is protected by deer fences

Running down to a quiet creek

Or there’s always the pool –and chimney for cooler nights

A manicured lawn is edged with bushes, shrubs and trees

Hydrangeas and lavender welcome guests to this house

And, color climbs the trellis at the the Fordham Mill on Montauk Highway
Aah! I wish summer would never end!
Oh, I so miss summer up north…
It is pretty glorious, must admit!
Definitely the pool and chimney. I’m a Florida girl!
A chimney, Vickie? You mean for those cold Florida nights when the temperatures dip down into the 70s??? LOL!
Pool and chimney for me too 🙂
No takers for the view across the Bay, huh????
