My Plot In Photos: Final Pix Excerpts from Fool Her Once

Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve brought you photo excerpts from my new thriller, Fool Her Once. I looked through the hundreds of photos I took while researching locations to illustrate Part One and Part Two of my book. This week, I’m concluding my “mini-series” with the final five photos matched to snippets from  FHO.

Just to recap: Jenna, an investigative reporter fears that Denny Dennison, the man she outed as the illegitimate son of a depraved serial killer is seeking revenge. As a result of her scoop, Denny’s family suffered tragic consequences. Now, she suspects he is coming for her and her daughter, Dollie — unless she can find him and stop him first.

Going South

Her investigation into his current whereabouts follows his trail to a Native American reservation in Southampton, New York. Then, to Peanut Island (above) Palm Beach County, Florida.

Her trip South includes a visit to Briny Breezes, a mobile home park (above) where the son of her husband Zack’s former neighbor delivers some mystifying news about him.

Putting It All Together

Back home on the North Fork of Long Island, Jenna begins to piece together all the strands of her investigation before finally grasping the shocking truth.

I hope you’ve enjoyed these snippets from Fool Her Once — which continues to receive rave reviews.

Accolade for AudioBook

This week, Sarah Hashimoto of Library Journal reviewed the audiobook and had this to say about narrator, Rachel Fulginiti:

[Her] precise narration complements the story’s building suspense, infusing it with the perfect amount of tension and momentum. Excellent characterizations and accent work further enhance the listening experience. VERDICT Share widely with listeners looking for well-crafted and compelling mysteries. This audio will be popular with fans of J. P. Delaney, Greer Hendricks, and Liv Constantine.

Happy Memorial Day to All!

    1. Thanks so much Eldon, but I can’t pretend it was all me!!! Bookbrush is a great tool. If you haven’t tried it, I also just discovered it works for creating covers. Check it out!!!

      1. I’ve used Book Brush myself many times (am actually a platinum subscriber) and I just love what it can do. The people there are always introducing new features too, which I love!!
